Like any other creature, equines get sick too! They need veterinarians and they have surgeries! I talked to the veterinarian Dr Chris Merritt, the owner of Merritt Animal Clinic to know more about equine diseases and many other things about horse health.

When I thought about other stories to include in my project, I thought about equine studies. Learning is the first method of knowing anything in the world. I talked with Sarah Enoch, who works for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture as a County Extension 4-H Agent in Logan County.
